Sante Fe Sport

It is a well built and solid vehicle. It has no problem towing a small loaded trailer. Good gas mileage and enough pick up even with the 4 cylinder. I don't drive it much since I have other vehicles but I must say I do feel safe and comfortable when I do.

This car is a great family SUV and great gas mileage.A family will love this car and the traveler will be able to use the unlimited space. multi areas for power source needs better heating form the second row area.

My Santa Fe

I absolutely love my SUV! Beautiful leather interior, large backup camera, safety alarms, comfortable interior, smooth drive. Enough room for two car seats and a kid in the back seat. Love the keyless entry. It is very easy to unlock front doors and hatch in back.

Santa Fe Sport

I really like this vehicle my only complaints would be the 4 cylinder lack of power. I’m use to cars that get out of the way quickly. My other complaint would be my tires. Bought this vehicle brand new and after about 20,000 miles started hearing a rowing noise took to dealership they say couldn’t find anything wrong must be tires. Took to a tire company they told me yes it’s your tires but tires have great deal of tread let so they wouldn’t recommend changing them right now. I can’t stand that noise can hear it even if I turn radio up. Hyundai please take these terrible tires off your vehicles

2017 Santa Fe Sport

Great SUV, got it in late 2016, so I've had it two & a half years now. Still enjoying it. I wished the driver seat was a tad wider, but overall I really like it. I like that the rear seats recline a bit, for long drives it make it more comfy in rear seats.

Small and Sporty SUV

I like my Santa Fe Sport, but am a little disappointed in the gas mileage. For a small vehicle it is one of the lowest MPG stats that I've seen. The radio reception could be better, and the driver's seat feels a bit too firm. I love that it is quick to respond when accelerating and braking. It's roomy with great "trunk" space and plenty of leg room for back seat passengers. I test-drove the Nissan, Jeep and Ford "comparable vehicles" and prefer my Santa Fe. **I had to take this off-road recently (for a short distance) it performed well.

no trash bag location - seat belt latches are too difficult to locate. passenger seat needs electric exit position.brakes are touchy .radio channel setting is too touchy and when not careful you change presets when you only want to change stations!!.

Great vehicle

Overall, the vehicle is close to being excellent for me. I personally need more leg room ( for the driver only). If additional leg room is added for the driver, I would rate this vehicle as excellent. If the driver seat could go back a few more inches, so my legs will not be cramp. I am approximately 5'6" and My legs are not comfortable driving. Some friends of mine commented about this leg issue.

My 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport

I love my vehicle very much. It drives smoothly, it has a lot of leg room, I like the rear view camera in the back of the vehicle. I also like the back of the vehicle, the way it is shaped. I don't mind that it's bigger in size than any of the other vehicles I have owned.

Best yet

This is my fourth Hyundai. Three Santa Fe's and one Tucson. This vehicle is by far the best of the lot. The safety features that assist and old dude like me goes far in keeping us safe. No more worry about blind spots, I set the control to keep me a safe distance from the vehicles ahead. And the camera system assists me when parking (between the lines). I cannot offer suggestion to improve on what I am driving. The only suggestion I can offer is please streamline your financial protocol. It takes entirely too long to purchase a vehicle. And sometimes, your people hedge telling the client the out-the-door final price prior to them signing the contract.

I love everything about our car. It is beautiful and is beautiful to drive.

I love the car and would buy another when it is needed. It seems that we bought the right vehicle for us and would tell everyone to buy one. It is stylish and comfortable. It is great for hauling and for children. They love the height of the seats. the trunk space is amazing. the radio is wonderful as it has many options.

Computer update goes bad.

Got my car updated because I got a letter from the company to do so. Twenty four hour after the update, I'm driving on the interstate in traffic and the car starts losing power and the engine light starts flashing. I pull off the road and shut the car off thinking maybe the computer would reset itself. I called the dealership that had just updated the computer that I was on my way back to the dealership. I restarted the car and the engine light was still flashing. As I accelerated, the car began lurching forward but I finally got it going. The car never would go faster than 63 mph. I crippled the car 30 miles back to the dealership. I was informed this was happening to about 15% of the car that had called for a computer update. Lucky me. I now have a rental for the next five days. Hopefully, the car can be fixed. I just hope I didn't kill the car by driving so far back to the dealership with the engine light flashing but what else could I do?

Maybe mine was a lemon

Bought this car new. We really liked all the features of the car, looks, performance, and overall quality. However, the paint began peeling from the wheels less than a year into ownership and the replacements exhibited the same issue. I was told Hyundai will not replace them again. Additionally, little less than 2 years into ownership with approximately 44,000 miles in, the engine gave out (while more than 200 miles away from home). Hyundai covered the rebuild (and some other costs) but the remanufactured head wasn't available for more than 2 months. Now, I'm afraid this motor will give out again...

What do you want me to say???

In my opinion though minor problems I don't think a car with 2000 miles should have any issues. If we did not have taken out an extended warrantee we could be spending a lot of money on repairs. So the car is reasonably priced on one end and could be very costly on the other end. At this point the extended warrantee has cost more than the repairs but who knows what the repairs in the future will cost.

Great Automobile

Love Hyundais. I have been buying them for over 20 years. I even switched from Toyota and Honda to Hyundai. They have the same (or better) quality than other manufacturers as well as a better driveline warranty at 100,00 miles! What else is there to say.

I love it but am not fond of the dealership.

I think I've already said everything. This is my second Santa Fe and I have enjoyed both of them. The problem I have is that both area dealerships have proven to me that they can't be trusted. I can see that other methods of purchasing vehicles will reduce the number of people going to dealerships. It's especially difficult for women.

Love it But

The fit is great except the sound when driven you can hear the wind like you have the window open is very annoying.now when it comes to the fit is comfortable sitting, and economical in gas the look is awesome.
