Love my new car. Recommend highly to anyone that asks me about it. Smooth ride, excellent value, the most options for the money, best warranty by far. Dealership clean and associates very friendly. Very satisfied.

Good Car

I like the body style. It has a good interior look and feel. The preset radio option is great. It’s good on gas. I have not had any issues at almost 10000 miles. The design space between the seats is great.

Great SUV, I have bought 2!

I really like my Santa Fe, I bought a 2013 back in 2012 and liked it so much that decided to purchase a 2018 last year. Great sound system, lots of new technology, and a panoramic sunroof. It is also spacious for its segment.

The Santa Fe has such a comfortable, quite ride!

Shortly after purchasing our Santa Fe we embarked on a 1300 mile vacation. We were astounded at the quietness and comfort. Previously we had 3 Tusons that we loved and thought we couldn't do any better. Due to health reasons we needed a car with larger passenger room with ease of entering. We found what we needed in the Santa Fe!

Vehicle Not Starting - Needs Jump to Run

Problem: the car (2018 Santa Fe Sport) would not start after 48 hours of not being driven; car had to be jump-started. Dealer made good faith effort to fix by replacing the alternator on June 29. It did not correct the problem. I will schedule another repair appointment as soon as they have an opening, hopefully, tomorrow July 5.

Love my Santa Fe Sport

This car has the smoothest ride and the tech package is great to. Just the right size car. Roomy without being oversized. I really like my car! The only con I have is that I wish the tailgate lift was automatic.

I am amazed at the performance of my SantaFe Sport. I traded in a Mazda CX-9 and could not be more pleased with my decision. Since I was giving up space, I went with the towing package that I will do even better taking my son back and forth to college.

2018 Santa Fe Sport

Vehicle is sharp looking and the ride is comfortable. The sport/eco mode is great and eco really improves on gas mileage when driving around town. The vehicle has good pickup using the sport mode but a 6 cylinder would be great.

2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport

I was searching for a vehicle that would give me the best service . I found the 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. It is a very reliable vehicle for the amount of traveling that I need to do. My family and friends love it so much that they want me to drive instead of driving with them in their vehicles. I can get in my vehicle and adjust the seating to fit my height with visibility from all points in the vehicle. I love the comfort that it provides and how it handles the road well. This vehicle is a "must" get for a family of five (5). I can't stress enough the importance of having a reliable vehicle that is exceptional !!!

New 2018 Sante Fe Sport

The representative who we met upon arrival at the dealership was very nice, listened and provided us with exactly what we were looking for. Haven't had a new car since 2004, so very surprised at the new technology that has definitely assisted us in our daily routines. Perfect fit for us, going from a larger vehicle (Trailblazer) for running kids around to practices/games (football, dancing, baseball, etc.), to a more suitable vehicle, now that all our kids are in college or on their own. Smaller then what we are use to, but spacious, even in back seat area, without removing comfort. Great hidden storage areas, as well as gas mileage. We are very pleased with our new purchase, and would recommend our family and friends to visit for their next vehicle purchases.

We love our Santa Fe

We just purchased our third Santa Fe. We love this SUV. We have never had a major service problem including on the one we just traded in after 7 years and over 100,000 miles. It is stylish, comfortable, and great to drive. We just took ours on a two week 4200 mile road trip and still enjoy driving it!

turbo sport

I love the turbo. It is fun to drive on the highway, really smooth and lots of room in the drivers seat. The gages and the touch screen are easy to read and navigate. The second row seats are nice and roomy.

Traded my 2012 for a 2018. Love the improvements and new added features in the 2018. Rides like a dream. Great sound system. Love the climate control, now everyone is happy. Would recommend this vehicle to anyone.

Price and the warrantee were the selling points. Colors were very limited. I just don't feel safe in the car. I don't know if I would buy another one. Have to see how all goes after a year.

What else do you want me to say? I,m a mercedes girl. It suits my needs right now. Price was a big factor. The dealership needs to be remodeled badly! It is so antiquated. Wish there was a one in Palm Coast. I do love the seat heaters. Miss my sunroof.

I Love it!

I have drove Chrysler products with several new vehicles from the same salesman and service department for over thirty years. Needless to say I was spoiled. Was recommended this vehicle for my needs and I love! Was not happy with service department or sales department where I bought as I did not get the service I expected when I returned with questions but was recommended by a family member to go to Lakeland Hyundai and their service department has far superseded the disappointment I had in winter haven! They treated me just like I bought my vehicle there, answered all questions that I had on features of the vehicle as well as helped with an emergent tire issue I had. All with personal care, politeness and a smile! Winter haven did not call back for 3 days,,,not sales...not service. They sold the vehicle, made their sale but did not earn future business! Lakeland Hyundai certainly has earned my future business for certain!

Best SUV buying experience EVER! Sante Fe Sport, So glad I got my new SUV from Universal Hyundai. Salesman was the absolute best, ask for Ramces! SUV rides beautiful and my gas mileage is incredible. 24-26city 27-30hwy all depends on my driving and miles I’m doing! Love LOVE love. Will upgrade to the the bigger Sante Fe when I can!!
