Good car, but sluggish

I bought this car in January 2018 from dealership. In general, I am happy with the car except two main issues: (1) engine is not strong enough to driver in high-ways or in ramps, (2) no distance control, (3) the speed control works very poorly.

Love my Santa Fe

I love my 2018 Santa Fe! It’s comfortable and loaded with great features. I have enjoyed driving a comfy car that has good gas mileage, looks sharp, and was affordable to purchase. The Hyundai dealer in Merrillville has done a great job!

would be nice if it had better gas mileage

gas mileage could be better, better breaks would be nice had to change theses at 21,000 miles they were all rusted and falling apart cheap, would be nice to have all leather seats , instead of just the trim

I Love.... LOVE..... my Santa Fe Sport / 2018

My 2018 Santa Fe Sport is soooo smooth and easy to drive. It handles very well on the road and around curves ! The best decision I made in purchasing this vehicle. Hyundai puts a lot of thought in designing.... their vehicles!! I would recommend buying a SUV.

Great vehicle

A vehicle you can trust produced by a company that stands behind them. I've been buying Hyundais since 2000 and never considered a different brand since then. I've been buying Santa Fes since 2009 and just bought a new Pallisades this week. Now we have a 2018 Santa Fe and the 2021.Pallisades.

I love my Santa Fe Sport, great size and lots of pep.

I get great mileage and without sacrificing pep. I' m a big guy and there is plenty of room .. Its been three years and I have not had any problems. The service I have received has been outstanding and Im sure my next car will be a Hyundai Santa Fe.

Santa Fe

I've never had any problem with my Santa Fe, in fact I have been very happy driving my Santa Fe that at the end of the lease I decided to buy the vehicle. My wife also love to drive it, she can accommodate in the trunk whatever is that she wants to take along.

Best kept secret

This sport ultimate 2.0T is fully loaded and the panoramic sunroof, heated & cooling seats and Infinity sound system is great. The design along with the 19" wheels really makes the Santa Fe stand out.

Love my Santa Fe

Have had 2 Santa Fe’s now for almost ten years and I’ve never had a repair, beyond normal maintenance. The dealers have been great, as has their service Depts. The only drawback is their large glass sunroofs- I’m not a fan of those. Feels unsafe if a car were to roll. Plus too easy to forget and leave them open to get rain in the car. Plus too easy to have leaks.

SOUND SYSTEM NOT GOOD, COULD BE ALOT BETTER

WISH THEY COUD FIX MY GPS INSTEAD JUST SAYING THEY DO NOT KNOW, WHY IT DOES NOT WORK , ONLY TELLING ME OH WELL THE PHONE WORKS. THIS IS NOT GOOD SERVICE AT ALL, THIS IS OUR SECOND CAR , WE BOUGHT A 2015 AND HAD NO PROBLEM A GREAT CAR, THEN WE BOUGHT THIS 2018 BRAND NEW AND CAN NOT GET THEM TO FIX IT, WE WONT BE BUYING NO MORE FROM THEM FOR SURE

This portion was already filled out on a previous page. My rating is excellent for service advisor and technicians. Administrative remains to be quite helpful and polite as well. In addition, the waiting room and restrooms are always clean. Oh, you might want to consider bringing back the prepackaged muffins (smiles).

My Santa Fe Sport is the coolest!

My SUV is hands down the coolest looking vehicle on the road. I live in a very nice area with every kind of SUV and many are extremely expensive. When out and about or driving to Houston I check out other mid sized SUV's and none of them look as good to me as my Santa Fe Sport. Even a Landover, I still prefer mine & I've always wanted one of those. The white with black rocker panels and other areas make it sporty and very cool. Also, it's the safest vehicle I've ever had. Just love my truck!

Love my car!

I love my car but hate my dealings with Napleton. I would absolutely recommend the car but encourage anyone to find a different company. The car is highly rated and the perfect size for me as the only driver 99% of the time.

Great SUV

My Hyundai SantaFe Sport is a great vehicle providing everything I need in a vehicle. I’ve driven/owned a Ford Expedition, a Ford Explorer and an Acura MDX in recent years. My SantaSe Sport has more standard and luxury options than any of the above vehicles. In the 2 1/2 years I’ve had it, I’ve had no problems; that’s NO PROBLEMS.

My car has been working well since I bought it in 2018. And my monthly oil changes have always been well I understand that there’s a lot of different makes and models of cars out there, but I personally wouldn’t drive anything other than a Hyundai. It’s reliable and worth my money
