Too many recalls
My 2011 Sonata has had numerous recalls. It has so many features that I really like, e.g., mid-size with the room of a full size sedan, very large trunk, great handling and cornering, good acceleration for a 4 cyl., the white paint has a glistening that is usually only found on much higher priced autos. The downsides are too much road noise, numerous recalls causing owner to spend too much time having repairs done, and recently the car would not start. It was on a Sunday and when I went to try again to start it on Monday, it did start. Drove to the dealer and they could not find a problem, This occurred When the care was 2 years old and it was a stop lamp switch assembly that had to be replaced. A year later that same part was put on a recall and replaced as part of the recall. Since it is acting the same way again the car is not reliable and it has only 38,000 miles.
