2013. Sonata

Our car handles and drives wonderful!! ???. We would buy a new one again! Hope they raise it so that the ones are higher and easier to get in and out of. As a senior that would be wonderful!! Otherwise a great car!!!!

My first car that isn't a Toyota in 20 years

The 2013 Sonata kept catching my attention as I drove around. I loved the design. When my Toyota developed a big problem I researched the Sonata, and went in to the dealership. I met a very nice salesperson who didn't apply pressure to make a deal, one of my big fears. Six years later I am still happy with my Sonata. I only wish it had the current safety features that weren't available 6 years ago, which would be the only reason right now to trade for a current model.

very good control & driving ...only drawback are the noisey tires ( "Kumho" } , but they are not showing undue wear after 33 K plus miles !

good sedan with good road feel ... good pick-up ,,use the comments under title review.. It does have large blind spots (corners} passenger front seat features should be standard with the driver's controls

Love the sporty feeling

2013 Hyundai Sonota Se 2.0t. Love the sporty feeling and quick response of the accelerator pedal. When turbo kicks in, car moves unlike the 2.4 models. Seems like they detuned the newer models of turbo cars. My car has 274 hp and newer turbo car have less around 240 I believe, not a big fan of that. Car does have alot of road noise. The apperance of this year is much more appealing the the newer ones. But this 2020 model looks nice.

Keyless entry/ignition

sometimes can't get in or start car with keyless fob. Left me stranded twice. Hyundai seems to have no fix. Otherwise, excellent car, overall. I love the turbo acceleration, and Hyundai does seem to be on top of recall issues. Now, if they can find a fix for the keyless ignition, I would consider a new Sonata.

Good Car

Bought it used with low milage. Have had for a little over three years. Dependable, comfortable and economical to operate. One serious problem that was covered by a recall including a rental car at Hyundai's/dealers expense. Only issue is some small finish rust spots that need to be repaired. Not the best paint job.

Great car for less

My first new car was a Hyundai Sonata GLS in December of 1989. I was impressed at the agility and comfort of the car, and kept it for 12 years worry-free. Since then I've switched to many other cars but none has impressed me as much as that Sonata, although they all were fine cars. That first purchase however, led me back to another Sonata...this time, a Turbo charged version, and I'm still impressed...especially in terms of value-for-money. I am truly satisfied.

No good bonus for trade not enough incentives

Having problems called didn't get response back yet had a reference number that was cancelled out will try and go to Hyundai website hopefully I will get a response back in a timely manner to address my issues

I Love my 2013 Sonata 2.0 Turbo!

This car has been through a lot and it keeps holding up! I know I will get ten more years out of it! I love the body style and the Nav system, back up camera, blue tooth link, sun roof and the other features!

Great car

Sonata is an excellent vehicle to own. Will buy it again if l am in need of another car. Handling, steering, gas usage, economy, response to road conditions. The design is also very nice. loaded with up to date techs. Excellent vehicle.

Got this car for my wife about 4years ago it a great car enough room for the kid in the back great on gas we read the reviews on it and it’s been a great car never had a problem with it changed oils and tires and driven everyday

It's 2019 and I Still Love My 2013 Hyundai

I've had my 2013 Hyundai for almost 6 years and I still love it! Low maintenance, comfortable, and reliability make it my most favorite car ever to drive and ride in. Buying this particular car was a wise decision for our family.

Love my Sonata

Mine is a 2013, and it still looks new. The style is timeless. I bought the limited edition with it loaded. It’s so reliable and gas mileage is great. The interior is easy to keep clean and the seats are comfy. I’m keeping this one!

my 2013 sonata

The 2013 model is my 3rd Sonata (2006 and 2009) and I'm planning on buying the 2020 sonata when it's released. This car far exceeds the Honda Civic, Toyota Camry and Honda Prelude that I previously owned.

Love My Car

Engine had rod bearing failure at 96,000 miles. Dealer replaced engine

Love my Sonata. I unfortunatly had a rod bearing failure at 96,000 miles, Despite me doing Oil changes every 5000 miles with Hyundai Oil Filters and Mobil 1 5-20 Full Synthetic oil. However I and very please that the dealership replaced the engine.

Outstanding Vehicle

The 2013 Hyundai Sonata Limited that I have had the pleasure of driving since 16 March 2013, has to be considered the best vehicle that I have ever had. It is a very comfortable vehicle to ride in and drive. I have the feeling of extreme security and comfort.

This is my third Hyundai car I've own, 1st a 2005 Accent GT, 2nd ,2007 Sonata, my current 2013 Sonata Limited edition.

This is my 3rd Hyundai I've own, 1st 2013 Accent GT, 2nd 2007 Sonata, 3rd 2013 Sonata Limited ,2.0 Tubo. Like all Hyundai models. Every time I'm on the road, I see a lot of other Hyundai driven by other drivers. Think Hyundai cars are the best selling cars for the price today.

Unreliable

I've had so many safety recalls. It's broken completely down once. Gave me many life scares on the Highway. Also has been in the shop continuously and it's not even at 80,000 miles yet! Scary and unreliable.
