Sonata is quality

I purchased my 2014 sonata new. Other than routine maintenance, this car is comfortable and gets upwards of 42 mpg gas. It's the GLS sedan. My o.e.m. brake pads lasted until 60K miles. Not 1 problem with this vehicle in 4.5 yrs. I really like the Hyundai brand. My original bumper 2 bumper warranty was for 6 yrs or 60K miles. Engine is good for 100k.

IT IS THE BEST CAR & THE FIRST THAT I HAVE EVER BOUGHT IN 57 YRS. OF LIVING.IT HAS NOT BROKE DOWN YET.THE FOLKS HAVE DONE ME WELL.THE MECHANICS HAVE KEPT UP AND LET ME KNOW WHEN I NEED TO HAVE SOMETHING REPLACED.43,000 MILES SO FAR.

Great Car

We've had this car for just over four months and we love it. Gas mileage is good, ride is excellent and steering and braking is great. We like the body style and color combination as well. Overall the car is just what we were looking far.

Best vehicle I ever owned

And I mean it. The bucket seats are comfortable. The a/c blows cold. The 18 gal tank gives you great driving range between fill ups. The large trunk is big enough to haul 2 bodies. Lol. The automatic transmission can be manually shifted if you want to, which is nice with the great acceleration of the dual overhead cam, turbocharged engine.

Smooth car

My Somata runs very smoothly. The styling of it is superb. The technology in it is also great. I like the back up camera and the big spacious sunroof it’s a nice touch. I also like the touchscreen as well.

Comfort and style

Love my 2014 Hyundai Sonata. Have had it a year now and have taken two trips to Florida and a couple to New Hampshire. Fantastic gas mileage. Bought it as a certified pre-owned vehicle. Also opted to pick up an extended warranty.

I love my car

The only problem is that the air conditioner is not that great. It comes out hot when the car is not moving. When the car is moving it takes a while for the air to come out cold. I have taken it serval times and they don't fix the problem.

Good Experience 2014 Sonata

Like the standard features No service issues in 4 years.Great warranty. Drives better in manual shift.Automatic is sluggish by comparison.Paint seems thin when road chips appear.Needs better handling Needs.larger windows on back doors,especially when backing out of a parking space in a lot.

Love it

I fell in love with my 2014 sonata limited the very first time I saw it. It drives smoothly it has very advance entertainment features. The engine is a little noisy and i couldn't use the navigation because there was no SD drive and i had to buy one but compared to sedans that I tried I will always choose a hyundai. Am absolutely loving this car.

Amazing performance

This car is my go to , I like the size , the fuel consumption and the comfort of driving it.its a reliable car . It has not given me any issues. I only do my regular services and everything is just fine.

Sonata

The car is great, good gas mileage, lots if bells and whistles, stylish. Handles great. The passenger seat sits so low and there is no way to raise it. It is ridiculously low!! I think it was an error when they made it. Feels like you are sitting on the floor. I would always always check that when buying another Hyundai. Also the tires are NOT for Wisconsin winters. Had to replace them the first winter I had the car.

Hyundai Sonata

Love my 2014 Hyundia Sonata. Its great on gas mileage and has a great ride. I went from a big SUV and was happy with the feel of this car. I would recommend it to anyone. Also I would recommend going to Jack Giambalvo to purchase a car. They are so friendly and helpful and make car buying easy.

One of Our Best Vehicle Purchases EVER!

4 years and 44k miles later only 1 warranty item (drivers door arm cap) and Norman maintenance. 274 Horses from the 2.0T and a constant 34 mpg.. Our first Hyundai, but if they build the Santa Cruz, definitely not our last!

Early problems

Not sure if this is an issue with this model but I’m on my 3rd transmission...not happy about that ... Also brake light defective in less than 3 years..and an expensive fix since the bulbs are not replaceable

Love my Sonata

I love my Hyundai. After driving my Acura for more than 10 years I was concerned I wouldn't have the power or the luxury after buying the Hyundai but to my surprise I've been extremely happy with it's power and savings on fuel, it's just been great enjoying all of what my Sonata has to offer. I look forward to purchasing again with Hyundai in the future.

2014 Hyundai Sonata Limited 2.0T

We really enjoy the car with a few exceptions - passenger seat is not powered & sits very low and does have road noise. Our first Hyundai Sonata Limited was a 2009- both seats were powered. We would have been glad to pay for powered passenger seat.
