New car

I bought my car New in 2014. I have almost 80k miles so my bumper to bumper warranty had expired. I have had a few issues with the car. My headlights go out every 2-3 months. My heater blower is now broken. The only heat I get comes out of the window vents. All in all it is a good car. Huge trunk space. Drives well.

Love my Sonata

My Sonata rides smooth and is easy to drive....has a lot of get up and go! :) I feel safe in my Sonata as I travel in town and on the highway!! The gas mileage is easy on my pocketbook...I enjoy my Sonata!

I'm Sold

I and my daughter have owned two Sonatas and two Elantras over the years. The quality and performance is on a level of the more expensive cars on the market. To back this up, Hyundai service has always stepped up to repair or replace with very little inconvenience to the owner. I have recommended others and they are happy with their Hyundai also.

Value and Beauty

My Sonata is a most comfortable drive and my most valued feature of owing the vehicle. Many other vehicles that I I have been in are not nearly as smooth. The beauty of the car creates compliments from others all of the time and I feel it is such a luxury to have a car that drives so well to be so enchanting with its style- This car breaks very well without an effort or any kind of a slamming feeling. I love it when I am driving in my car.

Vehicle review

This is the second Sonata we have purchased through Prestige. For a reasonable price, you get a lot for your money. The only drawbacks that I don't like are, the passenger seat seems to sit too low to the floor. The seatbelt connection seems to be lower and is a little difficult to reach. Other than that, its a great car.

It's a great car driving it is a pleasure if you don't have one I highly recommend test driving one today, I love my sonata it's not just a car it's an awesome car if I ever need another car I will buy another Hyundai sonata !!!!!!

Our sonata

I have purchased many cars and hy far they are a great dealership Hyundai cars are among the best cars anc suv I have driven they have very god quality very little maintenance required fun to drive we loved it so much just recently purchased a Tucson and a Santa Fe ultimate limited.

Love My Sonata

This is my first Hyundai. I was leery at first to even try a test drive. But, the reviews I read in Consumer Reports convinced me to at least test drive the Sonata. The test drive convinced me to at least keep the Sonata as a possibility. I then had to choose between Toyota Camry, Honda Accord and the Sonata. It was a tough decision. I've had both a Toyota and Honda previously and they were great cars. The value for the money made me decide Sonata over the Camry. The Sonata has great features that I consider extras for way less the costs. The test drive helped me decide the Sonata over the Accord. The handling and smoothness of the transmission was the decision maker. The Accord shifted rough whereas the Sonata was incredibly smooth. I bought the 2014 Sonata and have been extremely happy with it. It handles great. Gas mileage is wonderful. I've gotten as much as 47 mpg on some trips. The 2.4 engine gives me all the power I need climbing mountain passes. Maintenance cost has been minimal. Years down the road when it's time to get a new car, the Sonata will certainly be a consideration for me as long as Hyundai keeps building great cars.

2014 Sonata

We had a 2011 Sonata that saved us in a head-on collision. We love our 2014 Sonata and we have a 2010 Vera Cruz that we also love. Would highly recommend Hyundai Sonata to others. Would most definitely purchase if Hyundai came out with a wagon.

Great Car

This car is a great value for the money. The standard features are great and the 10-year warranty is an added sense of dependability. I would add fold-in mirrors as a feature as it makes it easier to get into garages.

Overall a very good vehicle. I am the only driver. As noted below the only qualifier that kept me from rating the Sonata overall as excellent has been the issue associated with possible engine failure although the extended warranty is appreciated.

Safest comfortable car

I have had many cars in my long life and my last 2 has been Sonatas. There service is great. And I have not felt this safe in a car. The seat can be molded to my back with all the special controls.

8 months of ownership of Hyundai Sonata.

I have not bought a new car since 1990. I have only bought low mileage pre- owned domestic brands. This car is roomy, this car is roomy this car gets excellent economy. This car is not as comfortable as some other cars but it compares well with the Buick LaCrosse that it replaced. It's steering and brakes have an entirely different feel than any other car I've owned, the brakes seem very sensitive whereas there seems to be little feedback in the steering. Even with these trepidations, I have come to enjoy driving this vehicle as we have driven this vehicle 16,000 miles in 18 months. We went on an extended trip of about 4,000 miles and on two legs of this trip we got 40 miles per gallon. The radio is excellent and as we got used to the seats they became more comfortable. I was concerned about the recall due to the engine, but feel reassured after the recall visit. I have no regrets about this car at this point.
