My Veloster has worked well for me. I would not recommend the dealership in which I purchased the car from though, as they are crooks. However, their service department is outstanding. I was a little disappointed when the transmission failed after four years. However, it was covered under warranty. *I would never recommend purchasing an extended warranty on a car from this dealership, as they do NOT honor anything the snake salesman tells you it covers. After owning the car for just over a month, I noticed a large golf ball sized bubble on the side of one of my tires, so I carefully took the car in to get it fixed/exchanged. They told me "they didn't make the tires, so it wasn't covered under any warranty whatsoever. ***Hey, Hyundai doesn't make the vast majority of the parts that go into their automobiles, so I would guess the vast majority of their parts aren't covered either. Be careful when dealing with salesmen when they're trying to push an extended warranty down your throat...
