Veloster Star

Love my little Veloster, great mileage, comfortable even for a big guy, 6’3” 250+lbs., like myself.Car is very dependable with 110,000 miles in a little over 2 years, no major service issues ! Fun factor is extremely high , this car is a blast to drive! Will definitely continue in the future with Hyundai products!

Fun to drive car

Overall I love my Veloster. It is fun to drive especially with the turbo option. It is comfortable and gets decent gas mileage for being a fast and fun car. Would definitely reccomend this car to someone who wants a fast and fun to drive car, but doesn’t want to spend too much money.

LOVE my Veloster!

I love this car. It is so fun. I drive 50 miles round trip 5 days a week. I only have to fill up once and I am flying. No wind noise. It's quick. My Dad says its a sports car and I agree. Great styling. I probably sold one at the Polo match on Easter in Sarasota. I get tons of compliments on my car. I have had it for 2 1/2 years and no problems what so ever. I strongly recommend the car to anyone who likes a three seater. Or are there many three seaters? I love mine.

Very reliable car

Overall, the Veloster is very reliable, i drive to school from Pompano Beach to Orlando 5 days a week up & back everyday. I put 75000 miles on the car in 1 year & the car still has the original tires, this car is amazing, maintenance is not expensive & the car is still running strong, very well built car & very reliable. Thank you King Hyundai, keep up the excellent work & helping me achieve my dream at UTI in Orlando ?

Veloster

I love my car. It is small enough to park anywhere and turns very sharp. Never had any trouble with the engine and the gas mileage is very nice. Driving is a dream. Can see out of all windows, even though it has backup camera, I never use it because I can see out well enough.

Definitely enjoy the car lots. A few issues like the side columns being blind spots. Seatbelts tug tightly. Overall driving performance is really well. Great with turns. (Please no minimum characters limit)

Veloster performs well

I only have two issues concerning the Veloster. Firstly, I think the engine is a little undersized for this car. I had an Accent prior to this one, and I think the Accent ran better. However, the gas mileage more than makes up for it costing me on average about fifteen dollars a week! The dual clutch mechanism scares me when entering an intersection, because it will occasionally slip, and leave me in the middle of the opposing lane making a left turn with the engine roaring and going nowhere!! I have to give myself plenty of time to avoid oncoming traffic.I don't know if that can be adjusted. The second thing is the head clearance when entering the vehicle. I tend to hit my head, but that item I can get used to. I guess that overall, I like all the features of the Veloster, even with those few drawbacks. The radio is awesome, but, I don.t care to pay for for the Serious XM part because I.m not driving for any length of time.

Sad they have discontinued

Overall, I absolutely love my Veloster! I’ve had numerous folks tell me how sweet my ride is and even a couple coworkers tell me “you’re 2020 car...” because it’s that slick! I’ve had the vehicle for a little over 2 years and aside from one sensor that needed to be replaced and normal wear and tear (tires and wipers) I have zero issues. My only complaint is the fact that they are no longer producing the Veloster!

Best sport car

I love this car. It’s a smooth ride and it’s comfortable for its size. I just wish i were able to put my baby’s car seat in the middle of the back seat for safety but it has a plastic cup holder in that area.

2 year review Hyundai Veloster!

At 60,000+ miles I have had no problems with my VT! Only the typical upkeep’s expected light bulbs replaced oil changes...Service at Hampton Hyundai Fort Walton is phenomenal , will recommend DJ!!!!!

Love my VT

I love my VT. I think the car for the price point is really great withnplanty of features and a solid build quality. I wish they would make some minor adjustments with some of performance such as rigid collars from factory. I also feel like there is a bit of a lag between pressing the pedal and the acceleration, would be really nice to see that worked out.

I love my car

I admired this car for years and decided to buy it when my previous Nissan Sentra had a sudden and unexpected engine failure. The car is everything I want. The only thing it doesn't have is a CD player, because I'm old and I like them. Also sometimes the ride is a tad bumpy, but overall, I love my car.

Neat Car!

I came to the dealership to see a Veloster and was drawn to its shape and styling. It has a different but neat look. The three doors were different from any car I have seen before or since. Being different is what caught my eye but only a young person can get in the back seat behind the driver. I do believe that a fourth door is needed.

Stylish, good mileage

Eye catching style, good mileage. Nice car. Bought at dealer and I paid way too much for it. I wasn't offered the turbo option. I didn't even know it was available. I probably would have purchased the turbo if it was offered.

Very satisfied with my new car..it is stylish and fast ..roomier than I expected very efficient on gas....I have used it on a few trips from elbpas to California and Las Vegas NV..never had any problem and was very comfortable ..like I said I'm very satisfied on my purchase of this car

My 2 year review.

A lot of features for the price. Only downside is that my vehicle only has 24.000 miles and is falling apart. Not because of lack of maintenance, but because pieces are literary falling apart. The antenna cover, just flew off, the weather seals on the driver side door are leaking and the A-pillar cover on the passenger side was detached for no apparent reason.

Great quirky car.

Can’t say enough about our Veloster, a interesting car that not everyone knows about. Great miles and smiles per gallon. Love the asmetrical layout and the 3 doors. Will be looking at the Veloster N for purchase.
