A Zippy Sub-Compact SUV that Doesn't Sacrifice Modern Comforts

Hyundai found a great balance of design and features in this car. Nothing is over-engineered or over-stylized. The features are exactly what you'd expect from a new car in 2020 (smart phone integration, back up camera, lane assist, etc.), and the style is simple and modern. I purchased the manual transmission version of the Hyundai Venue, and it handles great. It just GOES in the lower gears, and the 6th gear helps keep your mpg down when cruising on the highway. I couldn't be happier.

Perfect Urban Utility Vehicle for Millennials

Perfect mix of passenger, cargo, fuel efficiency, and sportiness. With some luxury upgrades this could pass as a Genesis. If you want style, utility and fun all at a great price this is the way to go!

Best Hyundai I've Ever Owned

This is my 3rd Hyundai, the 2nd I have purchased since they began the 100,000 mile/ 10 year warranty. I traded in a 2010 Hyundai Accent GLS (4 door sedan) for the 2020 Hyundai Venue SEL with both Convenience and Premium packages. I LOVE THIS CAR! I did a lot of research, spent over 6 months trying to find that perfect car, looking at consumer and expert reviews, reliability history, and what was current in car tech and safety. I was unaware of this vehicle and came across it by accident. I was specifically looking for a used car. When I discovered this vehicle and everything about it, and checked the reviews, I knew it was the one. It "spoke" to me. The new car price was about the cost of a quality used vehicle with similar safety and tech features. Actually, this car was less after discounts. Handles well, quieter, more horsepower, and a smoother ride than the 2010 Hyundai Accent GLS I traded in. According to Hyundai specs, this vehicle is 5" shorter, 3" Taller, and 3" wider than the 2010 Accent. In order to keep costs down and yet still have so many safety features, there are some trade offs. Driver seat adjustment is not power, it is manual. Seat belts are not height adjustable, they are fixed. There is no in-vehicle or remote trunk release. The back seat does not have the middle seat folding cup holder. There is no AWD option, although there is Snow Mode. And the manual shift is ONLY available in the SE trim. There is no armrest console tray insert, and the small tray space at the USB is exposed. There is no USB port for the backseat. All that said, not a deal breaker. So what DO you get? Safety features, tech features. Adjustable cargo tray to increase your storage space. There is a narrow shelf above the glovebox. The vanity mirrors have makeup lights that you can turn on/off. The side mirror turn signals are actually not on the side mirrors, but on the front doors near the mirrors. Depending on the package, there are heated seats and heated side mirrors. Purchased in April 2020, I still love this car. Do your research, compare vehicles. And if you decide this is the one for you, ENJOY!

Denim Version: Love it!

It's a great car for the money and fuel budget while still fun to drive and proud to park in the driveway. I bought the Denim model and love the styling. Looks like a car twice the cost. Everyday I am complimented.

The New Venue!

The Hyundai Dealer at 54 and 19 is close by. Even if we've ever had an issue they have straightened it out promptly and to our satisfaction. We've purchased/leased three vehicles from them and have had them totally dealer maintained. They'll take care of you.

Loving it!

Small SUV that is good on gas. Plenty of space in the back if you fold the seat s down, to haul loads of things. Back seat area is comfy and safety upgrades are awesome. I love the regular/sport/snow driving modes. The sport mode is fast! Loving the car and all of the bells and whistles. Plus it's really good looking too, with an awesome warranty.

Roomy Venue, great style,fun to drive.

Venue looks small, but feels very roomy. Fit and finish is excellent. Venue feels very sure footed on the road. Infotainment and safety features rival much more expensive cars. The IT transmission takes some getting used to, but have grown to like it. Car seems solid and well built. Love the styling. It is fun to drive!

Although my husband and youngest son find the Venue less than wonderful, I like driving it and enjoy the apple play feature. The MPG is pretty good, also. We love the color (green)! It is easy to spot in a parking lot.

Great price

small suv: keep in mind tires are only 15in. No interior light or arm rest with base model. 6 speed is the way to go. nice look to front of car. Great gas mileage. comfortable ride. Drivers seating is nice for long drives. I drive 2 hours a day in vehicle and is pretty comfortable.

Great little SUV. Least expensive yet most of the features of the most expensive. My dad just spent twice the money but likes mine better. I have to use cruise control so as to not speed. It's eager to go.

Great vehicle for price and fuel economy.

Very comfortable cabin with lots of leg room both front and back. Great value for the price. The Android Auto is a beneficial feature as it allows you control through voice command. The cruise control feature is wonderful on long trips and easy to use.

Awesome car

Great styling, handling is excellent. The short wheel base great for city driving. Navigation system preforms perfectly. Stereo sound is about average what you woul expect in a utility vehicle. Gas mileage is about 35 mpg on the freeway and about 31 mpg city and highway.

Great Economy Car

I do love this car. The outside is super stylish and the inside tech is modern. It runs well and speeds up fast for a little car. The back seats are a bit smushed but otherwise its fabulous. Drives great.

Love the Venue!

I originally was going to replace my 2007 Hyundai Tucson with another Tucson, because it is such a great car even after 13 years. However, the price point on the Tucson was a bit higher than I expected, but I wanted to stay in the Hyundai family of vehicles because they have proven to be so reliable (we've owned 5 over the years). Enter the Venue...love the slightly smaller form factor, but still enjoy the space and the height off of the road it provides. The gas mileage is wonderful...I'm averaging mixed highway and city driving in the mid-30 MPG. It is fun to drive, and came in some fun colors, too. Overall, a great car at a reasonable price, with great features that you would find on higher-priced vehicles!

This is a good little cross over. a lot of bells and whistles for the money and great on gas. Stylish body and the interior on the denim addition its sharp. Rides well for a small vehicle. Driver seat is fully adjustable and there's a lot of room inside .
