Great car

Love my little car. Very cute and fun to drive . I love the color, which is Denim and love the white trim. I love the backup camera and how the radio softens to concentrate on the task at hand. I like how I can start my car from the fob. I wish it had an electronic hatch opener

Unable to obtain service in a timely manner.

SCHEDULING SERVICE IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE. 1 TO 2 MONTHS OUT, WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. DON'T SELL CARS WHERE ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS. NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH MY TOYOTA, SO I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED. YOU SELL A GOOD PRODUCT, BUT WITH NOT BEING ABLE TO GET THE VEHICLE SERVICED, I WON'T BE PURCHASING ANOTHER HYUNDAI.

Cute fun car

Love my car. Its great on gas and fun to drive. Great handling and even has a spare tire unlike my Kia Soul! Got the full package with heated seats and sunroof. I feel spoiled and spent far less then getting a Honda. More features than American brands for the price! A great car all around. And not paid to say these things!

This car is the perfect car for those first-time drivers or those who have to drive a lot. It's very economical on gas and mileage. It may look small in person however it has everything you need. Amazing Car!

Safe and Economical runabout for young and old

Vehicle is perfect for a couple, or small family. Backseat legroom is limited, and trunk is small but it works perfect for us. Fuel mileage is better than expected at 39+ highway mpg. Boxy shape and light weight lead to twitchy handling at higher speeds, but very manageable if you drive within reason. We have put 20,000 miles on it, with zero problems. Great vehicle with a fantastic warranty!

Best car I've owned

I don't feel I sacrificed anything for fuel economy, for one thing. The air system, both heat and air conditioning are excellent. The vehicle is quiet, compared to past vehicles I've owned of similar size, but the crossover design was a definite selling point in choosing a sturdier small car. Again, the MPG is great. It's hard to beat a 45 average highway, especially in a non- hybrid.

Hyundai Venue SEL

This car has great gas mileage and runs really nicely. I get about 30 mpg city and 40 mpg highway. The acceleration is kind of slow due to the smaller engine, but that's not really an issue. The snow mode was great in the winter. I only used all-terrain tires and it did fine.

Love my Venue

I am 73 years old and wanted to trade in my older, larger Hyundai. I fell in love with the look of the denim edition Venue and after seeing it in person was wowed by its appearance, roominess, comfort level. Great visibility out all windows, and very easy to get in and out of.

GREAT!!

I love this car. it is comfortable to ride in, it looks great, it gets great gas mileage, it has lots of room and it has plenty of pep if you need it. I do however wish it had a left arm rest on the passenger side.

Great Little Car

I absolutely love everything about my Venue. It’s the smallest car I’ve ever owned and it’s the best car I’ve ever owned. It handles beautifully in the city and in the road. Lots of storage space in back especially if you lay down the back seats. It’s easy to park and really gives me the perks of the larger cars I’ve owned!

Excellent overall small SUV. Adequate rear storage for my needs. Sound system is good, Free Sirius usage for a few months was nice. Gas mileage is superb, AC works very well. Any small issues were dealt with quickly by the dealership

Cute car, wouldn't buy again

Overall, the car is a reliable daily driver. However, the horn and the seat belts both have major issues, the engine has had several misfires, and the Bluelink Navigation system sucks. It does get good gas milage and thankfully hasn't broken down. However, a brand new vehicle off the lot shouldn't have so many issues in just the first year.

I feel safe driving this car. It is east ti drive. It is easy to clean. The dealership has been great for scheduling maintenance and assisting with questions

The buying experience from Principle was exceptional. The delivery and explanation of the car’s features was exceptional. Service has been great. Overall the vehicle is running great and the mpg has usually been better than what was listed on sticker.

dealership only works with you to get a great review

If i could go back Id purchase from a DIFFERENT salesman and probably different dealer ship , I was supposed to get an emergency kit and I didn't. the principle of the fact is I was promised it and never got it . I sent texts emails and calls and got an answer, But when you were looking for that great review you stayed on top of it all didn't you shameful!!!!!
