Engine sucks

This vehicle has a stupid engine which is like a 3/4 cylinder connected to a shit like 9 speed transmission.And finally this engine burns oil like gasoline and when it gets to 55%used up the engine just shuts off. Even if you’re doing 65mph on a highway.So make sure you’re kids are always in the car when you use it.LOL And Jeep knows all this and still put it on the market.So run out and get one.Jeep you suck!!!!!!!!

Not the best

$1100 for a headlight replacement?!? That says it all right there. I would not buy again and I have been a jeep owner for over 30 years. Maybe when the tech of the electronics improves things will be better- but really… you can’t just replace a bulb?

It's a beautiful vehicle, great interior, very comfortable; great in the snow. It's been very reliable. My biggest complaint is the transmission. It's not very responsive. I'm afraid to pull out into traffic or pass someone. I don't think the 9 speed transmission is perfected yet, still quirky.

Reliable but quirky

My complaints are the damned government mandated auto shutdown drains battery life prematurely, the cabin is cramped for anyone over 5ft tall when you have car seats in the back for kids, the cargo space SUCKS, the UConnect GPS loses signal every goddamn always, and the left front axle makes a weird clicking noise when making turns in a parking lot. Otherwise, the vehicle is reliable, it gets through snow like a Jeep should, and gets good mileage for it's size.

Poorly made

This car sucks..It burns oil like crazy and shuts off when it gets near 2000 miles only cause the % is low..While your doing 65 miles per hour.VERY dangerous..And Jeep and dealers don’t have to tell you..Stay away stay very far away from jeeps..

Jeep Cherokee awful poorly made car

This car is junk! I had sooooooo many problems on a 2019 lease. Dealership was no help either. A nightmare. Can’t wait to get rid of it. Needed so much work before 3 year lease was up! A pitiful piece of trash!

It’s not a vehicle we would Ever consider buy or recommend to anyone!!

After going through this terrible process with Dealer and their response … I hope this Jeep is not an option for anyone. We are all human, but not taking responsibility - even while still being under manufacture warranty has been a terrible stress no one wants.

Love my Jeep

I love my 2019 Jeep Cherokee. Perfect size with great floor space and legroom. Handles well especially on curves. It’s quiet. A/C and heat work perfectly. Radio is pretty good. Not bad on gas. Smooth ride.

When I tell u this vehicle is as plain as they come, I mean just that. Should have picked something else. Wouldn't recommend this one unless ur old and plan on only going to the grocery store.just saying

Sporty!

Very fun vehicle to drive. Very nice at a great price. It is a luxury car disguised as a rally racer. This is most definitely not your grandfather's Jeep. We can't wait to take it off road to see how much fun it can be on the dirt!
