Garbage
I had high hopes for the 2020 Jeep Gladiator, but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Right out of the gate, I noticed concerning corrosion issues that the dealership acknowledged but shockingly refuses to fix. Instead of addressing the problem, they have repeatedly told me the parts are on back order (ongoing for well over a year).
Things took a turn for the worse when I found myself stranded in a major intersection due to a mechanical failure. It was not only frustrating but dangerous. The lack of reliability in a vehicle marketed for adventure is appalling.
The Gladiator's design might catch your eye, but it’s clear that the build quality and customer service are lacking. If you're considering this truck, I urge you to think twice. My experience has been horrendous, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
