Easily stolen

The car itself was great and was becoming one of my favorites till it was stolen from me. Come to find out Kias and Hyundais are a thieves dream come true, because they are extremely easy to steal. Because of that I will no longer be purchasing either car brand. So beware that if you want one make sure to purchase an alarm system that completely disables the cars engine that can only turn on with the specific key the alarm company provides for you (yes I did research). Anyway best of luck to whoever has/wants this car.

Great Car/Poor Customer Service

Bought this car used from dealership. Shortly after, learned that the seat heater did not function. After three visits to the dealership after which they said the problem was fixed, it never ever was. No returned calls after the last “fix”—so not impressed with the dealership service.

Great mpg, zippy response, ice cold a/c, comfortable ride, fun to drive, big back seat for passengers with center arm rest, enormous area inside, versatile vehicle, blast capable sound system, Love this auto!

Tale of 2 Souls

Bought a Soul new in 2016. It had surprising room and loaded with features, the way most Kias do, and we enjoyed it right off. However, the base engine was a disappointment. Slow and crummy gas mileage. A year and half later we saw a new 2018 Turbo Soul on the lot. More horsepower and Better gas mileage. Go figure. Besides that, it came with better wheels, tires and brakes. Lost the rear heated seats and front cooled seats but all the other features that we found on our first Soul. The Kia Soul is a fine little car but the Turbo makes it a great little car.

Dope little ride!

I used this vehicle for both personal and work. The model I chose fits me perfect. There are 3 different models and I went with the mid range. It is a new model and of only had it for about 4 months.

Good vehicle for seniors

The car has excellent seating, excellent visibility, good mileage, and plenty of room inside for your needs.the car is affordable and has 100 thousand mile warranty . It also well rated by Consumers Report in it's class. The only negative, is that the local dealer is a money grabbing crook, so get quotes from other dealers for comparison.

My second Soul and third Kia. I love everything about my new Soul. It turns on a dime, great mileage and I've never had a issue with all three. Will stay with Kia For-Ev-ER!!!
