Very good truck

Overall it is a great truck. Not happy that after 57600 miles ram had to replace the engine because of high oil consumption. They replaced it at no charge. But it took a month to get it done. Once they determined that the engine had to be changed they would not let you take the vehicle till they got the new engine and they don’t give you a loner while they have the truck. That has been the only problem. Other then that we have 2 of the pro master city’s and 2 of the large ones we are extremely happy with.

Love my Ram Pro City Van and the service that I receive from In and Out Auto Gladstone, OR.

Drives fantastic, looks clean and an excellent work vehicle. Has plenty of roof in the back, the only draw back is the gas pedal when you first step on the gas it hesitates sometime then sort of jumps forward but I have read other reviews that it is common. I really like the outside looks of this van.

Good Truck Worst Dealer

My 2017 Ram Promaster City has served me well. Parts are a little hard to get but in 72,000 work miles, I’ve had little trouble. I’ve never dealt with a poorer dealer than Adventure Dodge/ Chrysler in Willoughby and wouldn’t take another vehicle from them, if it was free. As soon as I left the showroom I disappeared from their radar and several times, service didn’t even answer the phone or call back, I spoke to my salesman and the GM, no better. I have my service done at Deacon in Mayfield and I love them.
