my 2002 Toyota 4-Runner - that's a honey of a car....

I absolutely love my 2002 4-Runner. The older cars seem more reliable than the very newer ones. And it certainly is the case with my 4-Runner. I try to take good care of it because I'm very attached to my 4-Runner. I've been incredibly lucky... And so it is with Davies Auto Care. Basically a match made in heaven. I would never go anywhere else for car repairs and I would never want to give up my 4-Runner. It's been a honey from day one. My thinking was when I bought the car that if anyone accidently hit me, the SUV because of its size would be a hugh deterrent --- and for that I'm more than happy. The very small cars - although newer - look somewhat dangerous because they are so small. I feel safe and secure in an SUV because of it's reliability and its size. N. Nusbaum

Most reliable vehicle ever made?

Let's see, 271k miles and all I've done it replace wear items... This vehicle is part of our family and I'll keep her forever.

Why I have held onto this vehicle

I love the way it rides and it has been very dependable. Bill Smith's Auto has been the servicing group that maintains to ensure it's dependability.My family loves this vehicle.

Great SUV

My wife's favorite car of all time. The car is great for travel, hauling, and carrying out 2 big dogs. One of the few SUV's with a power rear window ( a treat for dogs). The car is 14 years old and the car has been extremely reliable with a minimum of repair cost.

One of the three best vehicles I have owned

Simply put, my 2002 4-Runner is a very special vehicle. It is sure-footed in all winter conditions, travels tough 4WD roads during summer outings with aplomb and is utterly reliable. I feel comfortable and secure in this 4-Runner and rate it right along with a Porsche and a Mercedes I have previously owned in quality and performance.

would not trade my 4 run for any new car today take care of the car and the car lives a long time

never had any big trouble with the 4 run luv my car!!!!!

My Toyota

Just need more driver leg room. Other than that, I enjoy driving my vehicle. It rides smoothly, it doesn't have "blind spots" like other vehicles I have drove, I can sleep in it, it has lots of cargo room, and it is comfortable for everyone.

Toyota's Finest

Having owned two 4-Runners (the first a 96, 4 cylinder, 5 speed) and my current 2002, I can truthfully say that they are right up there in quality and durability with my Mercedes Benz diesel and POrsche 912 (the "real" 912). My 2002 is absolutely bullet proof, having never suffered any sort of mechanical problem in the 139,000+ miles I have driven it. I bought it as a Certified Used vehicle with 44,000 miles on it and it has taken me everywhere - rough 4 wheel trails, snow and ice covered roads, mountain passes of 11,000 ft. and through it all, been a thoroughly safe and dependable vehicle. I have no plans to trade it in and hope to drive it for the duration.
