At last, Auto Service Integrity for a new resident.
Since moving to Chickamauga, GA, I have had a non-stop train wreck of apathy, incompetence, and lack
of professionalism from those I trusted to service my vehicles.
That ended today when I met Scott, who was professional, competent, and, most importantly, HONEST.
I gave him the opportunity to provide thousands of additional services on an older vehicle with extremely low mileage, telling him if the trans needs service, do it, and if the radiator needs service, just let me know how much. I was pleased when he informed me both were not ready for service until 100k miles.
Scott’s integrity has won me over completely. I have already sought his recommendation for a wrecker service, as I am confident that any future vehicle issues will be handled with the same level of honesty and professionalism at Fort Oglethorpe Auto Service.
