Alternator went out on our Lexus on our way home to Northville. Pulled into Tel-Ford at 4:45 pm. Owne
rs sent someone out to obtain parts, drove us to an Italian restaurant, and completed work and picked us up by 6 pm. Good price and fantastic, friendly service.

As usual Stans Garage has given my 2009 TOYOTA MATRIX back to me better than before. My engine mounts
were bad, and they replaced them all within a days time. I have been going to Stans Garage for the last 20 years and they are great !

uring these sub-zero temperatures, and I am so glad I did. My vehicle is 14 years old and still has its original factory parts, so "bringing it back to life" was no small feat.
The "Triple Threat" team—Rebecca, Jason, and Mo—were incredible. Because of the age of my car, we hit a few hiccups during the repairs, but the way they handled those challenges was world-class:
Going the Extra Mile: They offered me transportation home while they worked.
True Compassion: When my car needed to stay an extra night for parts, I was worried about missing a doctor’s appointment I had booked 8 months ago. Rebecca actually offered to be my personal driver to make sure I didn't miss it. Just knowing that offer was on the table gave me so much relief.
Consistency: The staff at the oil change side are just as great—5 out of 5 stars. I am a repeat customer, and no matter how much time passes between visits, they remain attentive and stand firmly behind their work.

Terry, Bill and the boys always do a fantastic job. Was in need of new tires and they steered me the
right way. Suggestion of rotating my tires at every oil change got me additional miles out of my old tires. Very respectful along with great service is a recipe for success
