ike they knew my vehicle better than I did! They were very courteous and they have a very nice facility and a good location. I will be back! They even gave me a list of things that still need to be done to my vehicle. The list even has an approximate cost estimate for the services. I'll recommend Mike's to almost every person I know that needs automotive help and even to some that don't. It's a people friendly atmosphere!

My wife and I bought a car last week and it was a wonderful experience thanks to our Sales Profession
al-Victoria! She answered the phone and was able to find the vehicle we were looking for and we set an appointment for the next day to test. Please set an appointment with her to allow the time to find what you need. We arrived and asked for her specifically. She had the requested vehicle ready for a test drive, which we took. The vehicle was just as advertised and the pictures were accurate. She walked us through the paperwork and completed the process and we drove the vehicle home. There were some after the sale issues that she quickly handled to complete the process. Wow is all I can say! Thanks to the Bob Howard team for hiring a female in a male dominated profession, that takes courage. Their level of thoroughness and communication was outstanding. They kept me informed, handled the back-and-forth professionally, and made sure everything was done correctly. You just don’t find shops like this anymore.
