Stranded 2 hours from home in late afternoon and my car barely made it to the shop. The owner tried
immediately to locate the problem and get me on my way. However, the part needed was unavailable and it would require time to install. I can not say enough nice things about James. He was wonderful in every way and the cost was fair as well. I had never seen James before but he treated me as if I was his mother with the kindness he showed me. Thanks for a wonderful job.

Over 20 years ago I walked into Eastgate Shell for the 1st time. As a female, my question to them was
- “ I’m looking for a place to work on my car where I won’t feel like I’m being taken advantage of and a place I can trust they will do what’s needed - and not more. Is this the
place ?” A man in the waiting area (whom I had not seen) said “Ma’am, if that’s what you’re looking for, this is the place.” And my husband and I have been buying gas and getting work done since then.

My car needed an engine replacement. Robert, Tom and the team were patient waiting for an engine to b
