't quite remember which tech is working on your vehicle. And oh by the way, we found 6 other things that need fixing. That's how they pay for their waiting room and shuttle van service. Instead take your car to a real shop where you're talking to the owner who is going to take the reins and get things figured out. It is so refreshing to have a place to go where you get the straight scoop and no one is trying to sell you on extra service that you really don't need.
