My wife and I have leased 5 vehicles from Prestige since 2017, most recently a 2023 Tucson last week,
and have been reasonably satisfied with this dealership. The biggest downside is that it can be very difficult to reach a real person by phone, other than the Service Dept, after the sale is completed.
THE REALLY BRIGHT SPOT is CHRIS HALL, the salesman who has handled all of our transactions! He's very straight-forward, has integrity, and listens to our needs and makes appropriate recommendations. (Their sales reps are salaried rather than commissioned, so there's no pressure on them to upsell, which is refreshing!) Chris is the reason we keep returning to Prestige. Without him, in our opinion, Prestige would just be another car dealership.

We took our 2021 Hyundai in for the regular oil change. Their front counter guys are so hospitable.
We enjoyed even waiting at the counter. It is really nice to have the water and juice bar available when waiting in the customer lounge. I particularly enjoyed the video of them servicing our vehicle. I have often wondered "what goes on back there?" I was glad the tech guy explained why he did not rotate the tires. We were also wondering about the condition of our cabin air filter--which we were shown on the video! Great service.
