ruck right in and he would have a tech look into it. He kept me informed and they were able to repair the truck right then and I was on my way. Ray is also AMAZING!!! He has been taking care of us for a few years. He goes way above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of and that we are happy. Everyone is very accommodating. The new waiting area for the service dept. is also very nice. We will always come to Mall Chevrolet and will also recommend to everyone!

nt to complement the staff of Victory Toyota. I found the specific vehicle (even down to the color) I was looking for at the facility via an online search. From the first contact via phone to the completion of the transaction they were professional and accommodating. The accommodating point is critical considering I was going to travel 400 miles from Southern California to pick up the vehicle. Everything they promised and agreed to with no changes. I can’t recommend then enough and a big thank you to the Tomas (salesman), Jorge (sales manager), the finance team, and the GM. All were professional and a pleasure to work with! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Jason was very friendly and knowledgeable and kept me informed about the progress of the service. When I returned to pick up my car he answered several questions I had about new, unfamiliar amenities included in the vehicle. Jason made my first service appointment a very positive experience.
