Great Sales staff and amentities! Bit slow on the service side
We love the sales staff at Joe Machen and have purchasedan Elantra and 2 Santa Fe's from the dealership. We do believe that the timeliness of service could be worked on as we waited 2 hours and 20 minutes for an oil change to be completed.

I took my '13 Azera in for its 90,000 mile service; I hadn't had it in for a 'regular' service in some time (I have a local shop do routine maintenance/oil change). Though the car runs great, we are taking it on a couple of road trips this summer. The list of things to "inspect" was lengthy, and I worried the bill would be big. Instead, they inspected and found almost everything was in good working order. You hear about shops that do unnecessary work; not these guys. The car has been great, and so has the dealership.

While I likely won't return to your dealership soon it isn't due to service but to the fact I was just passing through heading back to Aurora, Colorado where I live. I did have to wait some but your people got to me as soon as circumstances allowed and did a complete check and fix on my issue and got me rolling again, I lost about a half day on it but was assured that the "check engine" light issue was under control and no damage done. Thanks again for the service.

Service completed in an acceptable amount of time. If a car wash is part of the service it should be clean and not half cleaned. Car was still dirty on one side.
