Tire went completely flat.
The shop is clean, representatives friendly and efficient. When my tire went completely flat only a couple blocks from the Hyundai dealership, I pulled in and was in and out in approximately 30 minutes. The tech person explained why I needed a new tire. No complaints.

Professional, Proficient and Polite are three words that come to mind when describing the Machens Hyundai Service Department. If it isn't right then they will make it right. They are truly Hyundai specialist. However they are proficient working on other makes and models.

Convenience my way
I used the courtesy van service to get to a doctor appointment. When I was finished I called in to say I was ready and Jim was already on his way. The Elantra is always cleaner when I get it back than when I drop it off bc of their complementary wash.
