Trust in the service (Andrew, this time) representatives and maintenance staff to be honest and deliver excellence.
One suggestion, I love having my car cleaned--it gives the "appearance" the work has been done well. If it's raining, automatically offer a free wash card to be used later. You can call it the placebo effect but it makes a difference.

Also, I love having a donut while I wait--my one time for forgoing my diet. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays suffer discrimination :(
