Oil change
I went in for an oil change, service person always greets you, asks how can they help you today, and gets you in fast. They came and explained the inspection, this time I needed new tires, he gave me a couple different quotes and I got checked out quickly. I will call back to get new tires because the service is excellent.

Appointments not on time
Made an appointment at 3:30pm, didn't get put in the garage until I asked about the status of my car at 4:30pm. The tire rotation, oil change and fixing one of the two lights out in my car took maybe 40 mins. I had to stay another 30 mins due to my front headlight not being caught or fixed.

Have been taking all of my vehicles to the service center at St. Charles Hyundai since 2009 with outstanding service and prompt completion in a timely manner. Chris, who is the service tech and advises me what has been completed on my cars and what it may or may not need at the time of service. My wife Cheryl made a TV commercial for Hyundai in 2016 as she is sold on the Elantra and the Accent. We will continue to purchase Hyundai's in the future and thanks for making and selling
