Very good, but not Great.
I brought my car into the dealership at 8:30 AM and did not leave until 10:30. I thought it was a little bit long a period for an oil change considering I was among the first to arrive there.
The service person who signed me in was courteous as was the service person who advised me that the car was done and I could leave. Check out was quick and easy. It was just the excessive (in my estimation) time I was there.

Reliable, comfortable. I have confidence in their work. I do have a big problem with the dealership, though. I got 2 emails from a Joe Ford, and a snail mail addressed to my long dead wife. This pains me. I emailed Joe to cease/desist/apologize after the 2nd email. No response.
