I arrived as a walk-in (no appointments needed Mon-Fri) on a late Wednesday morning. I needed a standard oil change and a key made. Within an hour I was walking out with the knowledge that my oil was changed, new key was cut, and brakes and tires looked good. Decent price as well.

Comfortable couches and chairs in the waiting area with magazines and a TV . Quiet and relaxing environment. The service was fast and the technician explained everything to me the price was as expected .

The staff....always friendly and helpful.
This was my first time buying a car on my own and I am 60 years old.....my husband had passed away and was somewhat skeptical on my own but on the contrary the whole experience was great...gave me the confidence I needed to proceed with other areas of my life on my own. No matter your age starting over alone can be terrifying. But the staff at St Charles Hyundai helped me immensely and definitely would buy next SUV at St Charles Hyundai.
