slow service department
I have had my Hyundai serviced at this dealership since new. For the most part, I have been satisfied with the service department. But my last service took almost 2 1/2 hours to complete. Oil change/coolant flush. I don't think I have ever been here for service work for more than an hour. Not sure what happened. I finally went to the service writter to see what was going on, and got my car within about 10 minutes. I guess I should have asked sooner. Squeakiest wheel gets the grease.

Took my 2019 Elantra for first maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) they told me about a discount coupon was online and I thank them for telling me and I was able to save. Thank you again—every little bite of saving is appreciated.

I have had my car serviced twice here so far and they have done an outstanding job. I would definitely recommend this dealership if you are looking for an excellent place to work on your vehicle. They are always polite and courteous and have a very nice waiting room so you can be comfortable while waiting on your car.

Did a great job on my 45,000 mile oil change visit for my Tucson. Made appt online, was checked in as soon as I arrived, service department agent listened to what I needed and answered my questions. Service was done in less time than estimated, with car washed and vacuumed upon return to me. Comfortable waiting area available. Thanks.
