Nice facility, helpful staff.
Car in for routine oil change with appointment, but also asked to have a tire checked for slow leak and to have 12-volt charger checked to see if still actively charging. The basic assessment and oil change were done quickly, including an external car wash. Tire leak was found to be a nail, and new tire put on and tires rotated quickly after my approving that service. Not sure if 12-volt charger port issue was checked, forgot to ask before I left. Called back that afternoon, left voicemail with a service agent, but not aware of being called back since then.

Timely Service Dept.
We have leased my wife's last 2 cars from you and everything has always went well.
St. Charles Hyundai has a Great Service Dept.

My Tucson I bought from Napleton's Hyundai and I do not like their service dept. so I
will NOT be doing business with them in the future.
Service is always needed on any vehicle so the Service Dept. is very important to me.
I will probably continue to get my oil changes from Napleton since when I bought the Tucson new from there they gave me Ten - $25.00 coupons for oil changes and I have only
used Five of them. But after that St. Charles is my go to Service Dept.

The customer service and the promptness of the work being done was outstanding, I called in for an oil change and for a recall, and asked if I could add a tire rotation, and was told absolutely! They could have told me that they didn't have the time, but they didn't. And, I was in and out even before my scheduled time! SUPERB!

New tires
Earlier when I was in for an oil change, they went over their inspection and noticed I needed new tires. They gave me a quote and we set up an appointment. I dropped off my car in the morning, met and greeted with a courteous good morning, like always, and left. I received 2 calls, one was to give me an update on how it was going and a time frame of completion. The second was to let me know my car was finished and a final bill amount. I picked my car up and everyone from the service dept to the cashier was friendly. I always have a great experience at this dealership, probably why i Have bought 2 cars from them and will continue to be a customer in the future.
