Rude
Mechanic was rude, service advisor not knowledgeable. Car was dropped off clean and when I picked it up it was dirty. I tried them for the second time after I had a service done there and I had a bad experience, but I went for back against my best judgement, they charged me 385.00 for a service, when the part was only five dollars and the labor was 380.00 this is a ripoff. I see why they can't keep employees long.
