Always great customer service!
I have come in quite a few times without a scheduled appointment. I've always been treated like an important customer, and my vehicle was serviced and gotten back to me in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend the service department to anyone and appreciate the way they explain what you need, tell you if you don't need something and make sure my vehicle is as it should be when I leave. Customer service and just common courtesy is excellent at Tameron.

Great customer service
Always great customer service! Most times I come in without an appointment because I don't always get the same time off. I am always waited on promptly, technician goes over what will be done and the cost and then I wait in the waiting area. It never takes very long and service is always professional. If it doesn't need something, they tell you.

Emailing your vehicle's report to you is just another way of communicating any finding's and or recommendations about your vehicle. Sloppy work
This is the 3rd time I have brought my car in for something that they caused. This was a recall on the turbo that they "took care" of during a oil change that needed to be taken care of. Well yet again it was not done correctly and had to be brought back and taken care of. Also this time they left tools in the engine compartment. It's like they don't check there work. I am worried every time I leave that the messed something up.

Scheduled in Santa Fe for air condition warranty and also while there had oil changed, tires rotated and fuel system cleaned. All was done in one day in a timely manner. Could not ask for more! Great job!
