I asked for a diagnosis of some steering issues. I received a detailed explanation of the problem and the proposed solution. In addition, several other maintenance issues were identified, and fully discussed. I agreed to all of the proposed maintenance, and the work was done on schedule as promised. A great experience.

Overlooked appointment led to 2 hour delay in service.
8:30 appointment for oil change. Dropped off the night before with ASAP request. No call from service by 10:30. I called to see why there was a delay. Was told by service rep. Bob, that he hadn't been able.to for my vehicle into the schedule yet. With an 8:30 APPOINTMENT, I don't understand any difficulty with fitting it in. Isn't that what an appointment is for?

brought my new santa fe back to have a scratched glove box door replaced and a noise coming from the headliner fixed. picked it up at the end of the day with new door on and no more headliner noise. very happy with the service.
