I walked in and the guys in the lobby said "What do you want us to do? Service department is closed." One of them looked up my car in their computer system and said "oh too bad, you're out of warranty so you can't call Hyundai roadside assistance." So I had to call AAA *again*, and when the towtruck guy showed up, he couldn't believe that the dealer wouldn't even call a towtruck at their expense since it was their fault.
The guys at St. Charles Hyundai didn't even ask if my daughter and I were okay, didn't offer to stand with us until the towtruck got there, didn't ask if my daughter wanted water or anything (it was a really hot day), just went back in their offices and ignored me.
