All work was done in a timely manner. The staff keeps me up to date with factory recalls. I have all of my service & oil changes done there so that I know they are done properly and that there is a complete record of the car's history.

everything was great! It was easy to make an appointment for my oil change; I love the coupons that get sent to us in the mail and we were in and out once I dropped my car off. We had such a great car buying experience here and we will continue to bring our car here for maintenance too.

Just a poorly run business
Business first, customer last. I've complained on many forums regarding this dealership. The sales person we had was new, she didn't last 90 days after our purchase. We wanted a couple off features on the new vehicle, blue line and remote start. After purchase, find the vehicle is not capable of remote start with blue link. Overcharged on the first quoted price for remote start, no service representative available when I got the surprise bill when I came to pick up the vehicle. No way to everify reach these people by phone, plan your day around that activity. Should you reach someone be ready for the "cold shoulder". Bob made it pretty clear that he had no concern at all for our experience. I'm going back to Bommarito.

Fast Service!
There have only been a couple of times where I have had to wait behind another car or two, to get my car checked-in for an oil change. In general, the service is very quick. I just sit in their nice waiting area and typically within an hour I'm out the door and on my way.
