They take care of business in a timely fashion.
You can depend on St.Charles Hyundai to call if there is any variation or problem that arises. The work is almost always completed on time and they usually wash your car, depending on the weather.

St. Charles Hyundai serviced my daughter's 2012 Tucson. They did an oil change, patched a tire and checked on an issue we are having with the engine periodically revving to 4000 or 5000 RPM's. While they couldn't replicate the issue we experienced they did a very thorough check and provided me with continuous feedback. They were very respectful and did not try to up-sell me on anything unnecessary.
