We truly appologize for the trouble with your oil change. Glad we were able to get it corrected for you. I can assure you, we only use hand tools to tighten the oil pan drain plug, never an impact tool.

Service takes much too long. In-take people don't listen to what you tell them
Oil change took 2.75 hours. They were supposed to be fixing a bad rattle. They did the exact same thing as last time which I explained had not fixed the problem previously. I actually told them not to do that again, but they did. Never tested it to see if it had fixed the problem. Wasted 2.75 hour of my life to NOT get me car fixed

Thank you for the feedback! We do appreciate the good survey. Now with synthetic oil you can only drive up to 7,500 miles per hyundai or there can be potentially warranty coverage issues. which is why there is not a increase in mileage. when using conventional we recommend only going 3,750 miles. We do hope to see you again and earn that 5th star!

In for the 15K Service
Brought in the '17 Santa Fe for the 15K Mile service - pretty much in and out quickly; enough - I did have a small delay in getting the vehicle back, but that was my fault (I was showing my sister-in-law around the dealership as she is looking for a new vehicle). Otherwise, everything went fine. Thanks as always for the great, professional service!

The service experience was fine. The only issue was at the cashier. There was an error in the pricing and it was very clear she was not happy to correct it. The conclusion of the transaction was awkward and unfriendly.
