The staff and excellent communication!
Greeted by your friendly CS team -- had some good laughs with the team at the service desk(s) -- which is always the right way to start the day (especially on a Monday!) Your team was helpful, courteous, professional and genuinely seemed to be happy at work! Thank you also for providing the courtesy shuttle; this is an invaluable perk and the driver is always friendly and safe. I commend him for not checking his phone/being distracted while driving --- thank you!!!

Parkway Hyundai - Best Staff in Town
For the first time, I enjoy going to get my car serviced. The friendly, courteous, dependable & helpful Parkway Hyundai Service Department is ideal. They treat you like you're the only customer they have and address every question, need or want you may have when you bring your Hyundai in for service. I love my Sonata and I'm SOLD on Parkway Hyundai in every aspect from Sales to Service. Great Dealership!
