Awesome service department
My service advisor Christine Tonelli is the best !! Always advises me on service that needs to be done to maintain the quality of my vehicle. I never feel pressured by her. It is also great having a female advisor who knows how to answer all of your questions. Kudos to McGrath Hyundai for having such a great woman on their team !

The people went out of their way to make sure I was helped in a timely manner. The two waiting rooms was also helpful as I was able to get work done in the room without a TV.

BEWARE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE
Let me start by saying that I got an amazing deal due to my negotiation abilities. That being said it was not easy but I got the price I wanted. Now to focus on customer care, follow up, BLUELINK setup, and Sales Manager trying to BLACK MAIL me to fill a 5 star rating for the service provided to me by McGrath City Hyundai. So after all docs were signed there customer service was horrible, I called multiple times for assistance with finalizing finance of the vehicle, as well as requesting assistance in setting up BLUELINK. All calls and messages were ignored, except for Lori who promised to call me back the next day by 10 am and never did. I had to call her back 2 days later for follow up. Luis and Angelo also promised they would call me back and no follow up to my questions and request for clarification on certain items. And everytime I called BLUELINK for assistance on setting up the service on the vehicle I am on hold forever. I currently have been on hold for over 33 minutes and counting. I've called more then a dozen times and nothing. I will never, ever, ever, purchase a vehicle from Hyundai dealership as long as I live. And when my 2017 Sante Fe lease is up in 2 years we will be shopping else where for our next SUV upgrade.

Horrible Service
I had to go multiple times because Service did not want to fix the issues I was having. I kept having the same issues and had to show them multiple videos of the concerning issues. Will definitely be visiting another Hyundai from now on.

Staff very understanding to my needs and will to assist. Service writer had the car completed and washed with time to spear. Waiting area was clean and comfortable which made the time fly by....
