On each oil change & tire rotation, service time is 2 hours at most. My service tech is happy to give you information on what will be done, and follow up with what was completed.

Great service
Had needed accessories installed; hood deflector, door handle applique (to prevent finger nail scratches on the paint behind the door handle) and rear bumper shield to prevent scratches on the bumper when loading or unloading cargo in the back deck. As always, the service department and parts department obtained the parts from Hyundai that I needed. All went smoothly and work performed expertly. I'm very satisfied with the parts. Only thing I need now is a dash pad protector.

People are the difference
I’ve owned a lot of cars, both foreign and domestic. Never in my experience have I been treated so well and by knowledgeable person as I have with Temecula Hyundai. The foundation of any enterprise is good people. You can teach expertise but if the people don’t already have goodness in them you’ll never attain the level of customer service Temecula Hyundai possesses.

I'm sorry that you feel that we tried to take advantage of you because you are a woman. That is not the case at all. We advised on repairing issues on your vehicle that were caused by rodents in which your son saw the evidence of debris and rodent droppings in your vehicle. We as a store took care of the repairs on your vehicle with no charges to you. Unfortunately your warranty would not cover a repair of this nature. I hope the vehicle is working as designed since the repairs that were made. Hope you have a great day.

We had been contacted by Hyundai regarding a recall on out Ioniq, Hyundai had incorrect records and had create a very confusion mess out of the service needs on our vehicle. Carlos Velasco took the time to research all of the services required and what had previously been performed to get to the bottom of our service needs, and then coordinated to have the services performed in a timely and efficient manner. He and the service staff seemed to genuinely carry about providing great customer service.
