I drive here from San Diego because I refuse to go to Kearney Mesa (minutes from me) due to the lack of customer service and rude employees. Wish you were closer to me but your worth the trip.

When I went looking for a car to purchase, I started my venture at Temecula Hyundai and never went looking at another dealership. Staff at Temecula Hyundai are EXCELLENT . . . . servicing is always on time and finished in a timely manner.

rushed
service was too rushed by employees. indicators on the "multi-point inspection report" were confusing because multiple boxes were checked for the same item and unfortunately I didn't realize it until I reviewed it. It would be helpful if the service person took the time & reviewed it with me.

Some departments are efficient and very good at what they do but others / not so much.
when purchasing a new auto my payoff for my other car was not timely causing me considerable credit problems.
