Temecula Hyundai, always a wise choice for sales and service!
Temecula Hyundai does a great job of providing the whole package once you purchase a vehicle from them. Once the sale is final, you are not done with a great connection with this dealership. You transition from the normally-aggressive sales team (any dealership) to an awesome service department. It is well-managed, well-run and I am always satisfied with the service, the friendliness by the staff, and the competitive pricing that the services cost.

Mixed review
Staff is great but car should have been washed before given back to me. It also seams weird that a broken turn indicator light would result in replacing a $1,500 light assembly.

Small service dept.
Inexperienced sales people. They need to know more about the cars they sell. & the sales mgr. (Brad) not sure if he is still there but he needed some people skills. Are salesman know nothing they did a dealer trade for a sante fe ultimate and when it came in it was the wrong color. So we left. The next day Brad called with an attitude, I told him it was the wrong color and because of his attitude I told him to keep it. I purchased the sante fe at another dealer.

I am sorry that you were not aware that there was no spare tire, alot of the vehicles these days are coming with the Tire Mobility kit , not just Hyundai's.
I know this was your first visit to our service department in 31,000 miles and I see that we got you in and out very quickley, I do hope that this is a reflection on your frustration reagrding the tire and not our Service Department.

Rushed experience
Could have been better, replaced windshield washer pump, but did not fill reservoir back up with washer fluid (which it was when brought in). could have cleaned windshield after testing ( I know no wash car any longer which is OK) but to leave windshield spotted on pick up not good. Bill was rushed over, paid over $1,200.00. Whole experience was kind of rush, rush. I'll be back because of extended warranty only, otherwise probably would go across the street to EAC.
