Pricey. Technicians not helpful.
Pricey. Staff should help female customers when it comes to maintenance. Its like no question, no answer type of thing.

Carlos and Gabriel in service are very professional and helpful always
I drive from Big Bear to Temecula Hundai for service and the only reason I go there instead of Redlands which is closer, is because of the service I get from Carlos and Gabriel. They are always knowledgeable, kind, and helpful and Carlos was exceptionally helpful this time because I had a flat tire. He was very diligent in getting me another one knowing I had to drive back to Big Bear

The staff (team) treats you as a valued person not just a "customer"... they are polite, friendly and helpful. The waiting area is spotless and very comfortable, with the complementary coffee and water just enhances the overall experience, also the screen showing the auto techs working on the vehicles..is an added plus~

Professional and attentive staff
Fourth time I've been at this location within a year and still treated well as my first time here. Very professional staff and attentive. If the service was taking longer than I was told, a service area employee would inform me of the situation. They also go through the details of my service and not push me into purchasing unneeded charges. Then again I believe everyone just had their morning coffees and meals. Thank you all.

Great team of techs
Knowledgeable team. Easy to get in and out. Prices seem to be competitive. For my 15K service, they did forget to top off my windshield wiper fluid but were quick to fix the oversight.
