$45 for an oil change and a badly done wash? No thanks. Go elsewhere get better service for lower prices.

Better-Than-Expected
I only dealt with Carlos and he was very attentive. There was an issue with the sunroof on my Tucson and it took Hyundai a while to get the parts, warranty coverage authorization, etc. Carlos kept me informed of the progress (or lack thereof at times). I was provided a loaner car for the duration of the repair, which definitely eased the pain.

Every service industry has problems, but it's how those problems or issues or dealt with that make the difference ... this dealership and Carlos in particular, made the difference between a not-so-good experience and an above and beyond, better-than-expected experience.

Great experience
I love how I can schedule my service online, get my car in bright and early, and have my car back to me so quickly. My Service Advisor was awesome as was everyone I dealt with. The ONLY negative I had was with LYFT. My LYFT driver was awesome, but the LYFT driver that was waiting for another Hyundai customer to take to their destination, she was very aggressive and made me feel very uncomfortable since I was waiting for my driver, and her customer hadn't come out yet, so she was very negative and just rude. Sure glad she wasn't my driver. Just food for thought since the driving to and from the Hyundai dealer is part of the experience.

Service visit was good! Pricing?
Friendly staff and easy in and out. Lobby is comfortable with complimentary Starbucks.
What I didn't like is some of the dealer "up" pricing. Seems to have "high" dealer pricing on some items such as a recommendation of replacing a third brake light bulb for $46.35. I did it myself for a 2pack @ $6 and it took less than a minute. Who knows how high other items are than?
