great place
charged me $145.00 to find a problem ! they found it ! there was a wire that a rat chewed in to was an easy fix but no they wanted to charge me $450.00 to fix it ! why did`t they fix it while they had it open. they were going to get $145.00 anyway ?????? thats why I am very upset.

I am so sorry that you feel we were trying to "take you" for any extra money. As stated when you had signed the paperwork for the original estimate, we would advise you on any extra charges once we found the issue. In this case we took it apart to the point of failure and then the repairs needed to take place. Performing extra work unfortunately will cost more. I do apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused.

This dealership responded most favorly for all my questions and concerns, parts needed were handled by warranty
All of the people I dealt with were very professional in dealings with my Equus. When the parts were ordered, they came and I was notified of there arrival, I made the return appointment, and the car went right in for the repair. ( the driver side mirror would not operate in or out ) The tech found the problem, part had to be ordered, and when part arrived and was installed it works fine, the only thing I paid for was the oil and filter for the engine. Also the car was washed, thank you so much.
