Jae did a great job taking care of me while my car was in the shop. He lent a sympathetic ear when things didn’t quite work out the way I had wanted with the repairs. Despite this, he did his darnedest to make this situation less of a hassle. His efforts were appreciated.

Superior Service and Customer Interaction
I live in San Diego and had a problem with my car while in the area of Puente Hills. It was busy when I arrived but the service manage Sean Kim took the time to welcome me and begin my case while his service people were helping others. He was very helpful and then turned me over to Jae Lee who provided me excellent service and updates to get my issue resolved and my car back on the road by the next day. I was staying in town just one night on business and my car was ready to go the next morning even though the service area was busy. Overall, this was a great experience with this service group and my only regret is I live nearly 100 miles away from this dealership otherwise I would routinely take all three of my Hyundai vehicles to them for service.

Javer Esquivel is my favorite service provider. He always takes the time to fully address my concerns he follows up and keeps his promises and make certain that my vehicle is in Tip-Top shape! I also appreciate the advice that I get from him on which services are critical and which I have a little time to address which makes budgeting a whole lot easier. I have recommended Puente Hills Hyundai to a number of fellow Hyundai drivers and this is my third vehicle that I've had regularly serviced by them!
