Fast friendly service and Javier is a great advisor!
Xavier always goes out of his way to make sure that I am very well taken care of that I feel like an important customer and then you kicked me addresses all of my card service me as a result I went on from my 2011 Sonata purchase a 2014 SS and a 2015 Genesis by firstly I intend to renew my lease in February with another find Genesis or Hyundai vehicle and it's because of the great service I received from people like Javier. I'm also recommended to the dealership and they have purchased vehicles and get their vehicles serviced there as well. I've even shared the information with a friend of mine who owns a Genesis but from a different dealership and she's going to go to Puente Hills for service as well!

From the moment I pulled up to going inside waiting from my car to be done the staff was so sweet and patient. They answered any question I had and made sure my experience there was great. Best dealership I've ever been to.

Not so complete auto service
Quick to advise services, then you pick up vehicle and then don't have anymore time for you. the only reason i bring in our vehicle for service is because we paid for extended services.

From the 1st phone call to this dealership when we were shopping for a new car we had been to many dealerships and many brands, we decided on the Hyundai and after visiting and calling many dealerships yours stood out over the rest ! Had a great experience at Puente Hills Hyundai. From the very beginning when I drove my car in, the service person was friendly and personable, cracking jokes, and getting me in right away; to the person who checked me in and out!

Love the great service, you offer little things that mean a lot. Free shuttle service, snacks in the lounge area. Friendly efficient staff.

Jae Lee was kind and very helpful with my service need. When I asked questions he patiently listened and answered. Best part was he explained what need to be done and why without forcing me to take those services that day by suggesting me with time frame. And, Mr. Park reviewed service report to make sure I received best service before my car was returned to me.
