I have not been happy with the service in the past but the only Hyundai Dealership near us. Not sure when it changed by I was there in December and it was horrible. This service appointment was excellent. Thank you. Please keep it up

Puente Hills Hyundai and their Service Manager, Mr. Chan Park, are the best (smile)! He called to remind me it was time for my free oil change (smile). I drive 29 miles to get there. He tells me it would be ready in 1 hour and 15 minutes. I take a walk checking out the neighborhood (smile). My elantra is washed and ready when I get back (smile). No Charge (smile). By the way, I could have waited in their clean customer lounge with free popcorn and, at lunch time, hot dogs (smile). Mr. Chan Park is most friendly, fair, and knowledgeable. You are #1 (smile). Thank you.

Good service and friendly
The service we received was very good. We had our Santa Fe detailing and tire rotation done this time and it was very well done, except that there was a scratch mark on the front hood caused by the polishing wheel that we did not catch it after the service. We will contact your service department and hopefully you could fit it on the next detailing appointment.

Hyundai is a great car and Alex was an excellent service rep.
The only problem I have ever had was a clerical error when I first purchased the car and the dealership made up for it with several free oil changes.
I love my car and the service provided.
