A fine organization
We purchased a one time owner used Santa Fe that had been very well taken care of and after having had all of our service work done at Hyundai of Everett we can see why our vehicle is in such good shape. We anticipate many years of continued service from our car and from H of E.

They provided a loaner when they knew the problem was not going to fixed that day.
They provided a loaner when they knew the problem was not going to fixed that day. I never expected a loaner and the car they provided was a 2016 Tuscan with very low mileage and was a pleasure to drive. My Service person called me every couple days to inform me of the status of the repair. The delay was the gas door cover had to be shipped in. But at least I knew the job was going to be done right.

I am very pleased with the service I received at Hyandai of Everett. However when my cars service was finished and the nice gentleman showed me to my car I couldn't find it. It wasn't his fault because he thought it was parked with the rest of the cars. However it was on the entrance side of the garage. A nice salesman helped me find it. Other than that I am very pleased with the service and excellent customer service. Thank you
